Returns

Direct Orders: If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase, you can return the books for a full credit.

Preview Orders: Every MidAmerica Books preview includes a UPS Authorized Return (AR) label.

If you lose or misplace your label, simply call us at 1-877-382-8212, or email info@midamericabooks.com to request a free replacement.

If you choose to keep some of the books, we will send an adjusted invoice after we receive the return books.

AR Instructions:

1. Include the Preview Order Form and a copy of the invoice/packing list.
2. Pack the books carefully, filling empty space with packing material. Tape both the bottom and top of the box. Place the label on the outside of the box, covering any other shipping labels.
3. Tell any UPS driver to take the box when they stop to deliver packages to your building. Note: The label is authorized to be picked up when a UPS Driver is delivering to your location. The driver will not be expecting the package, so someone will need to tell the driver to take it.
