At your request, we can send one or more of our exclusive Preview Bundles directly to your library or school. This service is available in the Continental U.S. Only.
You will have the opportunity to experience the books “Hands-On.” You can examine the bindings, the photos and illustrations, as well as the layout, content and features of each book. We encourage you to share the books with teachers, colleagues, students, and administrators to help decide if they are right for your collection.
When you have made your selections, simply return any books you don’t want using a FREE return service label that we include with every preview shipment. Keep only the books you want to purchase, and we will send an invoice for only the books you choose to keep.
There is never any obligation to buy, and we will never charge you for books you don’t want to purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase, you can return the books for a full credit.
Every MidAmerica Books preview includes a UPS Authorized Return (AR) label.
If you lose or misplace your label, simply call us at 1-877-382-8212, or email info@midamericabooks.com to request a free replacement.
If you choose to keep some of the books, we will send an adjusted invoice after we receive the return books.
Q: Do I need to call Midamerica?
A: No. The label is automatically authorized and already addressed to us.
Q: Do I need to call UPS?
A: No. The key to using the RS label is to catch the driver when they are in the building delivering a package. Your driver will not know the box is there until you (or someone in the front office) point it out to him.
Q: What if UPS doesn’t stop very often at my building?
A: Don’t worry. The return label never expires, and we will never charge you to return the books. You are welcome to take the box to any UPS station or store, or you can call us at 1-877-382-8212 to provide other arrangements.
Q: Do I need to tell you what I am keeping?
A: No. We will assume that you are keeping anything that is not returned.
